Facial Tissues
This production line is considered one of the largest fully automated production lines in the factory, consisting of nine separate lines with a complete embossing unit, and with a production capacity of approximately 4 metric tons / 8 hrs.
Table Napkin Line
This production line has the capability to produce any required size and the possibility of two color printing .
Kitchen and Toilet Line
The factory is equipped with the most advanced machinery for toilet and kitchen paper rolls in Egypt and Middle East. It contains a lamination unit to ensure high absorption , and reaching a total production capacity of approximately 5 metric tons /8hrs.
Maxi Roll Line
The factory is equipped with a complete Maxi and Jumbo roll production line catering to hotels , hospitals and restaurants, and with a wide range of embossing and mechanical slitting control.
Handkerchief Line
Automated technology to cut and pack small and mini pocket tissue packets with embossing and (calender ) units reaching a total production capacity of approximately 100,000 packets / 8hrs.
